Faith is part of the private client team at Raeside Chisholm. She works with wills, executries, trusts and focuses on looking after those with disabilities, whether as result of accident, life long disability, or age related.
Former director of Scottish Association for Mental Health, and Glasgow Old People's Welfare Association, also Part-Time Commissioner with the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland for 8 years during which time was involved with the drafting of the Adults With Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 which greatly changed the way of looking after the finances and welfare of disabled adults.
Awarded an MBE for service to Mental Health in Scotland.
Having been with same firm and successors for over 40 years it has been rewarding to act for very many families throughout and see them develop, share meals with them and recipes following (especially chiacchiere) have greatly enhanced my now international collection.
