Although around of 42% of professionals across the UK reported seeing a decline in prices, according to the December 2022 survey from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics), the good news is that the same is not true of Scottish properties!
All regions across England are recording prices softening, with East Anglia and the South East seeing the sharpest rates of decline. However, house price readings across Scotland are still shown to be increasing, although not at the sharp rates reported over the last 2 years.
