Claire Lynch

Claire Lynch is a commercial dispute resolution solicitor at Raeside Chisholm Solicitors Limited. Claire has considerable experience in all areas of litigation, including family law, debt recovery and contractual disputes and appears regularly in the ordinary civil and commercial courts.

Claire advises on a wide range of family law issues including financial and child care issues and acts as a court reporter in Sheriff Court child care issues. Claire has also acted in both contentious and non-contentious adoption cases.

Claire advises on all matters arising from relationship breakdowns including financial provision on separation and divorce. Claire has considerable experience in negotiating and drafting co-habitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and separation agreements. Whilst working to resolve matters in a sensitive and amicable manner where required Claire will act for clients throughout the court process including the conduct of Proof and Appeals.
Claire also advises on alternative forms of dispute resolution in family cases.

Claire also advises on debt recovery, contractual disputes, breach of contract, interdict, partnership disputes and division and sale of heritable property representing clients' interests at all stages of the court process and will assist with alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.

Claire's goal is to achieve a speedy and effective resolution to the client's problems.
