Malcolm M. A. Goddard

Malcolm Goddard is Director and Head of Commercial Property. He has nearly twenty years’ experience in commercial property and is highly regarded in his field. Having trained with Dickson Minto, he spent years working with McGrigors in Glasgow and Edinburgh, dealing with household-name clients on a daily basis. Malcolm Goddard has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property, including extensive leasing, investment acquisitions and disposals,  portfolio management and secured lending.

Having undertaken a specialist commercial property traineeship, Malcolm Goddard has gathered a depth and breadth of experience over a decade and a half of working with both large and small commercial property clients and their related business needs.

He now a Director at Raeside Chisholm, specialising in servicing the property requirements of owner managed businesses, sole traders, SME’s and small – medium sized commercial enterprises.

Malcolm Goddard has excellent awareness of the relevant issues specific to each client in an ever-changing and often confusing business world.

A keen exponent of the ‘plain English’ campaign, Malcolm Goddard ensures each client fully understands the legal and business aspects to each transaction and communicates this clearly in easily understood terms.
