Claire is an Associate in our Residential Conveyancing Team. She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2001 with Master of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Diploma in Legal Practice.

Claire commenced her legal career in the field of commercial property before specialising in residential conveyancing in 2005. During this time she has seen the impact of changing economic and political climates on the Scottish property market and has gained experience in advising clients accordingly. From first time buyers to investment purchasers, Claire guides clients through all manner of property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of title and equity release. She has a friendly, approachable manner and this, along with her wealth of experience, has given her a reputation as a trusted and supportive professional in this field.

Free time is rare as two busy children take up a lot of her time, but when she gets the chance Claire enjoys socialising with family and friends, attending drawing and painting classes and, if feeling more energetic, she enjoys Zumba classes and golf.
